What does ‘’free additional tickets» means ? :
"Additional free tickets" means that during the festival period, there are tickets released that allow you to attend shows at the last minute. *These additional free tickets are subject to availability and the quantities are not guaranteed. In summary:

*With this pass, in addition to your 2-show package, you can reserve up to 5 additional shows, allowing you to attend up to 7 shows!
Last-minute offers available one day before each festival evening.

SUPER
*With this pass, in addition to your 3-show package, you can reserve up to 10 additional shows, allowing you to attend up to 13 shows!
Last-minute offers available one day before each festival evening.

*With this pass, in addition to your 5-show package, you can reserve up to 15 additional shows, allowing you to attend up to 20 shows!

To make it easier for you to book tickets with your Zoof, Super and Ultra pass, here are the steps to follow:
STEP 1
Once you have completed your transaction, you should have received an email with instructions on how to book your tickets.
To access the portal, click on "MY FESTIVAL PASSPORT" in the top bar on our website.
STEP 2
Once on the portal:
- Click on "Passeports" (Passports)

Select your passport by clicking on the box on the right-hand side.
- There will be two boxes: the first one is for the reservation of your tickets (2, 3 or 5 tickets depending on your passport). The second box located below will be for the "last-minute" additional free tickets. This box will only appear a few days before the start of the festival.
STEP 3
On the new page that just appeared, you will be redirected to the complete list of events for ticket reservation. If you are not automatically redirected, click on "click here’’.
STEP 4
Choose the show of your choice and select your ticket. You must then enter your login information and click on "Pay".
**The total must show 0$.
P.S. If you have a second passport or your friend has asked you to make a reservation for them, it is possible to make several reservations at the same time.
**You must have the other passport's email address and number on hand
