This Canadian bilingual show will feature French-speaking and English-speaking comedians from Canada who will exchange their culture and experiences in Canada's official languages.
Hosted by award-winning Canadian comedian Rachelle Elie (JFL42, Zoofest, Boston Women In Comedy Festival, Hubcap Comedy Festival), with English comedians such as Daphney Joseph and Mike Paterson (Just For Laughs, CBC, Disney);
The French-speaking Comedians will feature Goofy Welldone (Metaverse), and Monsieur Radi.
CANFRAN Comedy was created to fill the demand for comedy opportunities for comedians in Canada, exchanging Canadian culture all while bringing awareness to the Canadian Association of Stand-up, Sketch and Improv Comedians (CASC).
CASC was formed to represent the first-ever unified voice for comedians in Canada. This is why it supports CANFRAN’s goals and mission for Canadian Comedians.
