Hard tickets:
The ZooPass itself doesn’t give you the right to enter the venue: you must get a hard ticket to have access to the Zoofest shows. You can get the hard tickets at the Official Box Office (2095 boul. St-Laurent) and at the Last Minute Box Office the night of the show, at the earliest 2 hours prior to the show.
Sold-out shows:
The ZooPass doesn’t allow you to see sold-out shows.
